Minimal version

Description

The minimal version of release data is the base version that a mobile platform needs to function correctly. When a new mobile platform is taken into use, it will automatically install:

• The minimal version of the release data, or
• A newer version of the release data (in case that version was installed on the previous mobile platform on the same location and position).
